Following two types of shipping methods are available at JAPAN MARKETPLACE.

SAL

SAL (Surface Air Lift) is an economical shipping method

Specificities :

• Very Low Shipping Charge
• Average Delivery Time:                 1-3 weeks
• Online Tracking:                              Not Available

Notes:

·         Packages sent by SAL are forwarded through a combination of air and surface to make the economic shipping charge possible. Post office forwards a SAL cargo once it is full. So, depending on the timing and situation, it may take a lot of extra time for the package to arrive.

·         You can have to pay customs fees and VAT when you get your package in your country. We can't tell you whether you will have to pay them or not. We neither can influence or predict anything about your country customs policies. Customs fee and VAT are to be paid by you. Anyway, low value packages are usually free of taxes. All items sold on our website are legally on sale in Japan. It is anyway up to you to check if the items you order are authorized in your country. We are not liable if customs confiscate an item.

·         Packages sent by SAL may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

·         Packages sent by SAL are less likely to be stopped at the customs

When your order will be posted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the numbers of your packages as well as 2 pictures of them (one when the packages is opened and ready to be send, one when the package is closed and ready to be post).

EMS

EMS (Express Mail Service) is an express mail service

INSURANCE

All packages are insured up to 10000 yens (for SAL) or 20000 yens (for EMS). You can buy an insurance for more expensive items at a rate of about 1% of their value. If your package come to disappear, we can not be held responsible
